LumiFlex COB Starter-Kit, the best value starter set for your lighting project
The LumiFlex COB LED strip uses an innovative technical solution to deliver a uniform line of light on the entire 5m length of the strip. This is achieved by using a continuous line of yellow phosphor that contains 576 LED chips per meter, a technology known as Chip on Board (COB). Furthermore, this approach offers an ultra wide view angle of 180 deg with a high quality of light, at CRI90.
The LumiFlex COB LED strip is the perfect solution to create continuous and very uniform lines of light from even very slim aluminum profiles, recessed or surface placed. In combination with our aluminum profiles found here you can create minimalist lighting fixtures for residential, office or commercial buildings with a good light output of 1121 lm/m.
The warm white LumiFlex COB lights with a cozy, intimate light with 2700K color temperature with very good light spectrum and CRI90, that we recommend being used for lines of light in living rooms and bedrooms. For business applications the warm glow creates a soft and personal, home like atmosphere in restaurants, hotels and retail stores.
Our LumiFlex COB starter set offers you an efficient and flexible solution to easily illuminate your home or office and is made up of the following components:
The LumiFlex COB strip with 5690 lumens of luminous flux at a colour temperature of 2700 K over a length of 5.04 metres. The strip can be operated with 24 V constant voltage thanks to pre-installed resistors. It is also dimmable and can be easily separated with scissors every 62.5 mm.
The dimmable 24V power supply from Meanwell has an output of 60 W and is therefore perfectly suitable for 5m of the LumiFlex COB LED strip.
With the help of the small 100 kOhm dimmer/potentiometer, which is connected between the power supply unit and the LED strip, the light of the COB strip can be dimmed.
The 5 m long two-core supply cable has a core average of 0.75 mm² each.
