Introducing our highly efficient disinfection lamp designed for professional applications. The Violet UV-C LED module is a professional solution for disinfection that offers exceptional performance to professional users. The lamp's LEDs emit radiation at a wavelength of 275nm, which provides efficient disinfection of air, liquids, and surfaces. With this lamp, you can reliably kill and inactivate bacteria, germs, and viruses, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
The product comprises a range of essential components that guarantee efficient performance. The LED module features twelve Seoul Viosys UVC LEDs (275nm) that work together to produce a powerful, germ-killing radiation. Additionally, the red, blue, and green status LEDs indicate whether the lamp is ready for operation, not usable, or in operation. The UVC radiant flux at 275nm is 192mW at 600mA (23.5V) and 152mW at 400mA (22.8V). The lens system is made from a clear silicone lens and a stainless steel metal frame that ensures durability, while the robust aluminum housing offers further protection. With an IP67 protection rating, you can rest assured that the UVC module is safe from dust and water damage.
The Violet UVC module is compatible with the LEDIL FN17294_VIOLET-12X1-S lens with a 52-degree wide beam for each LED. The module's typical power consumption is 10.26W at 400mA, and it is designed to be operated with a 400mA or 600mA constant current LED driver at 22-24V. For simple dimming, we recommend using the Mean Well LCM driver, which is compatible with 0-10V or DALI. For more dimming options, including via wireless button or phone app, our Powercontroller V2 series is ideal.
The Violet UVC module is specifically designed for industrial applications, particularly for lighting manufacturers and companies in the medical technology sector. When operating at a typical current of 400mA, the module has a radiated power of 152mW, and at a maximum current of 600mA, it offers 192mW. The table below provides further details on surface irradiance at varying distances.

Warnings
- The article is a powerful UVC module which can be used for the disinfection of surfaces. It emits at a wavelength of 280 nm which is not visible to the human eye.
- It is imperative to ensure that users wear suitable protective clothing against UV radiation at all times. All skin and eye contact must be avoided.
- We recommend the use of the following protective agents:
- Safety goggles
- Gloves
- Face Shield
- Protective clothing that shields UV light from the skin
- Wear protective clothing at all times during use and ensure that no other persons are within reach of the radiation source without taking appropriate safety precautions.
- Light can reflect, therefore special precautions have to be taken with reflecting surfaces (e.g. mirrors).
- If skin tissue is exposed to the light source, skin irritation comparable to sunburn may occur. If necessary, treat the affected areas with a suitable cream or consult a physician.
- Low wavelength UV light can cause permanent damage to the retina in severe cases. Make sure to wear protective goggles at all times when using the device.
