This product is a flexible LED strip from our LumiFlex Pro line, supplied with the LumProtect coating. It combines 1710 lm at 2900K with CRI 90, 18.7 W of power consumption and an efficacy of 91.4 lm/W.

LumProtect is a protective coating applied over the populated strip. It shields the LEDs and the solder joints against dust, humidity, fingerprints and mechanical contact during installation, without the stiffness and the light loss of a thick silicone tube. That makes the strip much more forgiving to handle on site, and it noticeably extends its life in kitchens, bathrooms and workshop environments.

The strip is built on a flexible base material with a self-adhesive thermally conductive backing, so it can be pressed straight into an aluminium profile or onto the body of a luminaire. It runs on 24 V constant voltage, which keeps the wiring simple and allows long runs from a single supply, and it is dimmable with any standard PWM or constant-voltage dimmer.

Made in Germany – for reliable quality

This Lumistrips light engine is developed and manufactured at our production site in Germany. The PCB is assembled on controlled SMD equipment and the finished boards are visually inspected and electrically tested. We use specified, traceable LED components and defined production parameters so that current, voltage, light output and colour remain reproducible from batch to batch.

The difference from generic LED tape or anonymous modules is control of the complete light engine: copper layout, soldering quality, LED spacing, component selection and thermal path are defined together. That gives luminaire makers a more predictable component for continuous operation, easier qualification and repeat orders that behave like the original build.
