The PowerBar V3 365 nm UV module is a high-power ultraviolet light engine using 12 Seoul Viosys UVA LEDs on a 286 mm aluminium PCB. It delivers approximately 5040 mW radiant power and is designed for professional UV equipment where wavelength, irradiance and optical control are critical.
The module is part of the complete PowerBar platform, so it can be combined with a compatible heat-sink / housing, UV-suitable optics and a constant-current driver to build a finished curing, lithography, photocatalysis or other UV fixture.

Build a complete PowerBar V3 UV irradiation fixture
PowerBar V3 UV modules can be integrated into a complete irradiation fixture using the compatible PowerBar V3 heat sink, with optional mounting clips and heat-conductive adhesive pad. This provides the mechanical support and thermal path required for reliable UV operation.
The radiation pattern can be controlled with compatible optics for PowerBar V3 UV LEDs. Optic selection should be based on wavelength, required irradiated area, working distance and target irradiance rather than on beam angle alone.
The standard PowerBar V3 plastic cover is intended for white or colour LED configurations and should not be used over UV-emitting PowerBar modules. UV fixtures should use optical and protective materials specifically suitable for the operating wavelength.
Electrical operation requires a suitable constant-current LED driver matched to the module current and forward-voltage range. See our range of compatible Mean Well constant-current LED drivers for PowerBar V3 fixture designs.
UV curing, lithography and photocatalysis
The module can be integrated into UV curing, lithography and, where the process is wavelength-compatible, UV photocatalysis. Interchangeable optics allow the irradiance pattern to be adapted to a line, spot or broader working area.
For UV processes, radiant power and irradiance at the target surface are the relevant design values; visible lumen output is not a meaningful sizing metric.
Constant-current and thermal integration
Use a regulated 250 mA constant-current driver with an output-voltage range that includes approximately 43.2 V per module. At approximately 10.8 W electrical input, the final fixture must provide adequate heat transfer so the LEDs remain within their specified thermal limits.
UV radiation can present eye and skin hazards. The completed fixture should include appropriate shielding, interlocks, labeling and operating procedures for the selected wavelength and exposure level.
Designed and manufactured in Germany
We develop and manufacture professional LED modules in Germany, combining more than 20 years of LED application experience with controlled SMT production and application engineering. PowerBar V3 is designed as a high-power platform rather than a generic LED board: LED selection, aluminium PCB, thermal path, electrical connection and optics integration are developed as one system.
For OEM and project customers, we can also support LED selection, custom spectra, PCB adaptation, optics, thermal design, prototyping and series production. This allows the complete light engine to be matched to the fixture and application.
