The LumiFlex1080 COB is a continuous-line white LED strip developed for slim profiles and architectural details where visible LED points are undesirable. Its Chip-on-Board construction places 512 LED chips per metre under a continuous phosphor layer, producing a smooth line of light across the 5 m reel with an ultra-wide 180° beam.
This 3000 K CRI 90 version delivers 4200 lm per reel, equivalent to 840 lm/m, at 9 W/m. The combination of continuous light, good colour rendering and moderate power makes it well suited to minimalist cove lighting, furniture, shelving, recessed profiles and decorative linear luminaires.

Continuous light from very slim profiles
Because the emitting surface is continuous, the LumiFlex1080 COB can create an even line of light in profile geometries where a conventional strip might reveal individual LED points. This is particularly useful for shallow aluminium channels, furniture details, shelves, niches and recessed architectural lines.
The 180° beam spreads light broadly across a diffuser or reflecting surface, helping the luminaire achieve a softer and more uniform appearance.
Designed for cove and indirect lighting
This product is particularly well suited to cove and indirect lighting, where the LED strip is hidden from direct view and the illuminated wall or ceiling becomes part of the optical system. The 3000 K warm-white tone gives reflected walls and ceilings a comfortable, welcoming appearance for homes, hotels, restaurants and premium retail interiors.
For the most uniform result, the strip should be positioned so the individual LEDs are not directly visible from normal viewing angles. Mounting distance, profile depth, diffuser transmission and the reflectance of the illuminated surface all influence the final appearance.
CRI 90 white light for interiors
CRI 90 supports more natural rendering of furniture, finishes, fabrics, food and merchandise than lower-CRI general lighting. This makes the strip suitable for residential interiors as well as hospitality, retail and commercial environments where the quality of white light contributes to the appearance of the space.

Connection and installation
The strip operates from a regulated 24 V DC constant-voltage supply and can be shortened every 56 mm. The product can be connected using the compatible direct connector SKU 39852 or connector-with-cable SKU 39853; the product configuration includes four connectors, including one cable connector and three direct connectors.
For longer installations, select conductor size, feed-point spacing and power-supply capacity for the connected load. A compatible 24 V dimmer can be added where adjustable brightness is required.
