The new LumiFlex300 LED Strip has been manufactured using reel-to-reel technology on our state-of-the-art new flex production line in Germany. Over a length of 5 meters, the strip contains a total of 300 high-quality LEDs from Seoul Semiconductor from South Korea, one of the market leaders in the LED segment. This ensures that the LEDs have a long life and high efficiency.

The strip can be easily cut off every 50 mm with scissors, thus increasing flexibility in terms of application. The delivery consists of a single, five meter long, high-quality printed circuit board which offers higher mechanical and electrical reliability compared to less expensive LED strips consisting of soldered sections.

The LumiFlex300 LED strip is particularly convenient and easy to install thanks to the excellent adhesion of the double-sided adhesive tape on the back, which makes additional cooling unnecessary.

Advantages of the reel-to-reel process over conventional production processes

On the state-of-the-art flex production line, which is equipped with the most innovative reel-to-reel machines on the market, flexible base materials can be fitted with electronic components in one piece. In contrast to the conventional production of flexible LED strips, the base material is not soldered together every 50 cm. These solder joints are both mechanical and electrical weak points that are avoided in the first place by roll-to-roll processing.
