The Aventrix 4 × 4 V2 is a compact professional LED module for efficient high-bay, street, flood, spot and area lighting. It uses 16 Nichia 757-series LEDs on a 50 × 59.5 mm aluminium-core PCB and delivers approximately 1270 lm at 4000 K while consuming only 7.8 W.
With an efficacy of about 163 lm/W, CRI 80 and a compact mechanical footprint, this version is especially useful when several modules must be combined around a shared optical or thermal architecture to reach the desired luminaire output.

High-bay, flood and area lighting
Aventrix is designed for high-power luminaires such as high-bay lights, floodlights and area lights. The compact high-flux module allows the fixture designer to concentrate a large amount of light into a controlled optical system instead of distributing many lower-power boards across the housing.
The compact 4 × 4 geometry works well with symmetrical optical systems and can be repeated across a luminaire to build higher-output fixtures while preserving consistent LED spacing.
Street and roadway lighting
The constant-current architecture, aluminium-core PCB and compatibility with dedicated optics also make Aventrix suitable for street and roadway lighting. Optical control is important in these applications because useful light must be directed onto the roadway or target area rather than lost as spill light.
Spotlights and downlights
With a suitable secondary optic, Aventrix can also be used in spotlights and downlights. The modular approach allows the same LED engine concept to be combined with different optics and housing geometries for narrower or wider beam distributions.
Compact modular construction for scalable luminaires
The V2 board can be connected to additional modules using Wago 2060 elements, allowing luminaire designers to scale the total light output without redesigning the basic LED engine. This is useful in product families where several wattage classes share the same housing and optical concept.
LEDiL Stradella optical compatibility
Compatibility with LEDiL Stradella-series optics allows the emitted light to be shaped for different applications instead of relying on the native LED beam. This can help improve optical efficiency and reduce unwanted spill light in road, high-bay, flood, spot and area-light designs.
Constant-current and thermal integration
The module requires a regulated constant-current LED driver. Its aluminium-core PCB supports efficient heat spreading, but the complete luminaire must still provide an appropriate thermal path so the LEDs remain within their intended operating temperature.
Designed and manufactured in Germany
We develop and manufacture professional LED strips and modules in Germany, combining more than 20 years of LED application experience with controlled production and application engineering. Our focus is on specified LED components, robust thermal design and repeatable electrical and optical performance.
For OEM and project customers, we can also support PCB adaptation, LED selection, optics integration, thermal design, prototyping and series production. This allows the LED engine to be matched to the luminaire rather than forcing the luminaire around a generic light source.
