The ConextBar20 is a rigid 24 V linear LED module built around the patented Conext puzzle-like connection system. This 104 mm version uses 20 Nichia 757G LEDs and produces approximately 319 lm of 2700 K warm-white light at CRI 90+.
The Bar20 module is the main high-output building block for longer light lines and can be chained directly to additional Bar20 or Bar4 sections. Adjacent modules connect directly through the integrated electrical noses and recesses, so a custom-length light line can be assembled without soldering separate connectors between every section.

Patented puzzle-like Conext connection system
ConextBar uses the patented Conext connection principle: adjacent modules plug directly into each other like puzzle pieces. Protruding connection noses and matching recesses carry the electrical contacts as well as locating the modules mechanically, so no separate connector is required between neighbouring boards.
This makes the system self-explanatory and very flat. Modules can be assembled into custom shapes without soldering or loose inter-module cables, while still remaining easy to rearrange or extend. The complete system operates from 24 V DC; power enters through the dedicated supply module for the relevant Conext family.
Variable-length linear system without inter-module connectors
ConextBar translates the puzzle-like Conext interface into a linear light engine. Long 104 mm Bar20 modules provide most of the light-line length, while 20.7 mm Bar4 modules act as fine adjustment pieces so the final illuminated length can be matched closely to the luminaire or display.
All ConextBar modules share the same 24 V connection platform. Adjacent boards plug directly together and stay flat, avoiding a bulky connector between sections. This is useful for custom light bodies, showcase lighting, illuminated shelves, signage and designer luminaires where the exact linear length is part of the product design.
Signage, displays and custom illuminated shapes
The modular geometry is particularly useful for signage and illuminated displays, where the light source often needs to follow letters, symbols, contours or irregular product shapes rather than one conventional straight line.
ConextBar is useful where illuminated outlines, shelves, showcases or signs need a clean straight source but the final length is not known until the product or furniture geometry is defined. Bar20 and Bar4 modules can be mixed to approach the required dimension without cutting a conventional LED strip.
Warm high-CRI light for visible displays
The 2700 K colour temperature creates a warm, intimate appearance suited to hospitality, furniture, showcases and premium retail. CRI 90+ helps merchandise, materials and interior finishes retain a natural appearance under the compact light line.
24 V supply architecture
Power enters the ConextBar chain through the dedicated supply modules. One compatible supply arrangement is specified for up to 50 ConextBar20 modules or up to 250 ConextBar4 modules. For mixed chains, the total electrical load should be calculated from the actual combination of modules.
Designed and manufactured in Germany

The Conext platform is unusual because the mechanical connection, electrical contact and lighting function are integrated into the module geometry itself.
For OEM and project customers, we can also support custom module layouts, LED selection, control concepts, mechanical integration, prototyping and series production. This makes Conext particularly useful when the illuminated shape is part of the product design rather than just a straight LED strip hidden inside a profile.
