The ConextBar Power Supply Module provides the electrical entry point for the 24 V ConextBar linear-lighting system. The product uses complementary male and female feed pieces so a ConextBar chain can be powered while preserving the same flat puzzle-like connection concept as the illuminated modules.
The supply components are compatible with both ConextBar20 and ConextBar4, allowing one electrical architecture to serve long high-output sections as well as short fine-adjustment pieces.

Patented puzzle-like Conext connection system
ConextBar uses the patented Conext connection principle: adjacent modules plug directly into each other like puzzle pieces. Protruding connection noses and matching recesses carry the electrical contacts as well as locating the modules mechanically, so no separate connector is required between neighbouring boards.
This makes the system self-explanatory and very flat. Modules can be assembled into custom shapes without soldering or loose inter-module cables, while still remaining easy to rearrange or extend. The complete system operates from 24 V DC; power enters through the dedicated supply module for the relevant Conext family.
Variable-length linear system without inter-module connectors
ConextBar translates the puzzle-like Conext interface into a linear light engine. Long 104 mm Bar20 modules provide most of the light-line length, while 20.7 mm Bar4 modules act as fine adjustment pieces so the final illuminated length can be matched closely to the luminaire or display.
All ConextBar modules share the same 24 V connection platform. Adjacent boards plug directly together and stay flat, avoiding a bulky connector between sections. This is useful for custom light bodies, showcase lighting, illuminated shelves, signage and designer luminaires where the exact linear length is part of the product design.
Signage, displays and custom illuminated shapes
The modular geometry is particularly useful for signage and illuminated displays, where the light source often needs to follow letters, symbols, contours or irregular product shapes rather than one conventional straight line.
The supply pieces allow a custom ConextBar outline or linear display to receive power without changing to a different connector system at the start or end of the illuminated run.
Design the power feed for the actual module mix
The stated module-count limits are based on the ConextBar system architecture. For mixed Bar20 and Bar4 chains, calculate the total connected power and ensure the external 24 V supply, feed wiring and protection are sized for the complete installation.
