- Made in Germany with a 5-year commercial warranty
The Maxline4080 is a very high-output rigid Nichia LED module for compact linear luminaires, task lighting and fluorescent-tube replacement. This 280 mm version uses 14 Nichia 757G LEDs on an aluminium-core PCB and delivers 870 lm, equivalent to approximately 3108 lm/m.
Maxline is designed for applications where a narrow light engine must produce far more light than a conventional decorative LED strip. The 13 mm-wide aluminium PCB provides the thermal path needed for high LED loading, while the 280 mm module format is practical for T8-style luminaires, continuous light lines and compact commercial fixtures.

Compact high-output linear lighting
With approximately 3108 lm/m, Maxline can serve as the primary light engine in professional linear luminaires, not only as accent lighting. It is particularly useful for shops, offices, warehouses, studios, clinics, production areas and other spaces where a small fixture must generate high illuminance.
The rigid 280 mm board simplifies repeatable fixture construction and keeps the LED pitch straight behind a diffuser or optical element. For additional integration guidance, see our linear fixture design guide.
Three Maxline density classes for different fixture outputs
The Maxline platform is available with 14, 35 or 70 LEDs on the same basic 280 mm aluminium PCB format. This allows a luminaire designer to choose the required output density without changing the overall mechanical concept of the fixture.
The 14-LED version in this SKU is suited to compact fixtures that need high output with lower LED density and simpler thermal loading.
Constant-current system integration
The constant-current version is intended for maximum electrical efficiency and requires a compatible regulated LED driver. The power supply or driver should be selected for the exact operating mode of this SKU rather than assuming all Maxline modules use the same electrical architecture.
The module is designed for plug-and-play luminaire assembly and can also be combined into longer light lines. Cable sizing, connector rating, driver voltage range and total connected load should be verified for the final module count.
Nichia 757G LEDs and aluminium-core thermal design
Nichia 757G mid-power LEDs provide a well-established combination of efficiency, output and long-term reliability. The aluminium-core PCB helps transfer heat away from the LEDs, which is especially important at the high linear power densities used by Maxline.
The 4000 K neutral-white version is especially suitable for offices, studios, clinics, classrooms, shops, industrial workspaces and other task-oriented environments. For additional guidance on white-light selection, see our colour temperature guide and CRI guide.
High-output white light for horticulture
The 4000 K Maxline version is also suited to lettuce production and microgreens. Its rigid aluminium PCB and high linear output make it useful where a compact white-light engine must deliver substantial photon flux from a narrow luminaire.
Horticultural systems should be designed around PPFD, uniformity, mounting distance, spectrum and thermal conditions rather than lumen output alone. The Maxline module can be arranged in repeated rows to build custom grow-light fixtures for shelves, trays or photobioreactor structures.
Designed and manufactured in Germany
We develop and manufacture professional LED strips and modules in Germany, combining more than 20 years of LED application experience with controlled production and application engineering. Our focus is on specified LED components, robust thermal design and repeatable electrical and optical performance.
For OEM and project customers, we can also support PCB adaptation, LED selection, optics integration, thermal design, prototyping and series production. This allows the LED engine to be matched to the luminaire rather than forcing the luminaire around a generic light source.
