The LumiBar4080 is an efficient rigid LED light engine for professional linear lighting. This 280 mm, 6500 K version uses 24 Samsung LEDs and delivers 820 lm from a mechanically stable 20 mm-wide module, equivalent to approximately 2929 lm/m.
It operates from a constant-current driver at 250 mA and approximately 15 V, with a module power of about 3.8 W. The combination of strong linear output, plug-and-play connection and Zhaga-based mechanical dimensions makes it particularly practical for repeatable OEM luminaire construction.

Rigid light engine for professional linear luminaires
The rigid PCB is designed for linear luminaires, continuous light lines and compact commercial fixtures where a straight, mechanically stable LED board is preferable to flexible tape. The defined LED pitch helps create a smooth luminous line behind a suitable diffuser, while the rigid module simplifies repeatable positioning inside an OEM luminaire.

Troffers and diffuse commercial luminaires
The module is also suitable for troffers and diffuse ceiling luminaires. Multiple modules can be arranged in rows behind a diffuser to create a broad luminous surface for offices, classrooms, healthcare spaces, retail and other commercial interiors. Final spacing should be selected according to the diffuser, optical distance and required luminance uniformity.
Application fit for 6500 K white light
The cold daylight-white tone is intended for technical, industrial and task-oriented environments where a distinctly cool appearance is preferred. The high linear flux makes the module suitable for compact luminaires that need useful general or task illumination rather than decorative accent light alone.
Built around the Zhaga Book 7 linear-module standard
This module is designed around the Zhaga Book 7 L28W2 linear-module form factor. The L28W2 category gives the luminaire designer a recognized mechanical envelope and keep-out area for this class of linear LED module. This can simplify mechanical design, sourcing, servicing and later product revisions when a luminaire family is built around standardized module dimensions.
Zhaga Book 7 supports mechanical interoperability, but it does not make the electrical operating point, luminous flux, efficiency or optical performance identical between modules from different manufacturers. The LED driver current, forward-voltage range, connector arrangement, thermal conditions and photometric performance must therefore still be checked for the specific module and luminaire.
Book 7 has also been published as IEC 63356-2. The modules require a separate LED driver and are intended for professional luminaire integration and servicing.
Constant-current driver integration
The LumiBar4080 is not a conventional 24 V LED strip. It requires a regulated constant-current LED driver matched to the module current and to the total forward-voltage window of the luminaire. When several modules are used together, series or parallel architecture must be designed around the selected driver and validated for current sharing, thermal conditions and total voltage.

Our focus is on predictable optical performance, specified LED components, repeatable electrical characteristics and light engines that can be integrated reliably into professional luminaires.
For OEM and project customers, we can also support LED selection, PCB adaptation, thermal design, prototyping, optical evaluation and series production. This allows the light engine to be matched to the luminaire and application instead of forcing the project around a generic LED board.
