- Potential luminous density up to approximately 73,750 lm/m² of module area
- Approximately 118 lm per module
- 3-Step MacAdam colour consistency
- Made in Germany with a 5-year commercial warranty
The ConextMatrix supply module is a 40 × 40 mm high-CRI building block for tiled luminous surfaces and custom illuminated graphics. Each module uses four Nichia 757G LEDs and produces approximately 118 lm of warm-white light from only 0.89 W at 24 V DC.
The supply module introduces 24 V power through solderless terminals and has three straight sides, allowing it to sit at the edge of a larger matrix while feeding the connected modules.

Patented puzzle-like Conext connection system
ConextMatrix uses the patented Conext connection principle: adjacent modules plug directly into each other like puzzle pieces. Protruding connection noses and matching recesses carry the electrical contacts as well as locating the modules mechanically, so no separate connector is required between neighbouring boards.
This makes the system self-explanatory and very flat. Modules can be assembled into custom shapes without soldering or loose inter-module cables, while still remaining easy to rearrange or extend. The complete system operates from 24 V DC; power enters through the dedicated supply module for the relevant Conext family.
Five module shapes for custom luminous surfaces
The ConextMatrix family uses five complementary geometries: corner, edge, linear, centre and supply modules. Together they allow the electrical connection grid to follow the actual outline of the luminous object instead of forcing the design into one fixed rectangular PCB.
Because adjacent modules connect directly, large illuminated surfaces can remain flat and free of connector housings between tiles. This is useful for signage, display furniture, custom light panels, decorative walls and other applications where the lighting structure itself forms the visible geometry.
Signage, displays and custom illuminated shapes
The modular geometry is particularly useful for signage and illuminated displays, where the light source often needs to follow letters, symbols, contours or irregular product shapes rather than one conventional straight line.
The 40 mm grid and CRI 90+ Nichia light make ConextMatrix particularly suitable for premium illuminated graphics and displays where both shape and light quality matter. Large fields can be assembled from repeated modules, while edge and corner pieces give the perimeter a deliberate finished geometry.
24 V power distribution
The ConextMatrix system is powered through the dedicated supply module with solderless terminals. One feed can support up to 270 modules within the stated 10 A limit. For physically large installations, conductor sizing, feed location and voltage drop should still be checked across the complete 24 V system.
Designed and manufactured in Germany
We develop and manufacture professional LED modules in Germany, combining more than 20 years of LED application experience with controlled production and application engineering. The Conext platform is unusual because the mechanical connection, electrical contact and lighting function are integrated into the module geometry itself.
For OEM and project customers, we can also support custom module layouts, LED selection, control concepts, mechanical integration, prototyping and series production. This makes Conext particularly useful when the illuminated shape is part of the product design rather than just a straight LED strip hidden inside a profile.
