This ConextPlay male circuit board is a 25 × 25 mm building element for custom assemblies based on the patented Conext puzzle-like connection system. The PCB operates within the 5 V ConextPlay platform and provides two projecting noses and two recesses for direct module-to-module electrical and mechanical connection.
It is the directional male building block used to continue or branch a custom ConextPlay electrical pattern. This SKU is intended as a circuit-board component for ConextPlay construction; the product name does not specify a populated LED colour or luminous-flux value.

Patented puzzle-like Conext connection system
ConextPlay uses the patented Conext connection principle: adjacent modules plug directly into each other like puzzle pieces. Protruding connection noses and matching recesses carry the electrical contacts as well as locating the modules mechanically, so no separate connector is required between neighbouring boards.
This makes the system self-explanatory and very flat. Modules can be assembled into custom shapes without soldering or loose inter-module cables, while still remaining easy to rearrange or extend. The complete system operates from 5 V DC; power enters through the dedicated supply module for the relevant Conext family.
ConextPlay system architecture
ConextPlay is the smallest and most playful Conext format. The 25 × 25 mm modules operate from 5 V DC and can be mixed within the same installation. Male modules use two connection noses and two recesses, while female modules use four recesses so male pieces can approach from several directions.
The dedicated supply module adds USB-C power input and a pushbutton for simple on/off, dimming and fade functions. One supply module can operate up to 150 ConextPlay modules, allowing small decorative objects to scale into substantially larger illuminated patterns.
Signage, displays and custom illuminated shapes
The modular geometry is particularly useful for signage and illuminated displays, where the light source often needs to follow letters, symbols, contours or irregular product shapes rather than one conventional straight line.
The bare connection boards are useful when a custom shape needs structural or electrical continuation without defining a specific standard LED colour at that position.
Designed and manufactured in Germany

The Conext platform is unusual because the mechanical connection, electrical contact and lighting function are integrated into the module geometry itself.

This makes Conext particularly useful when the illuminated shape is part of the product design rather than just a straight LED strip hidden inside a profile.
