The SmartArray 24 V 180° module is a slim 50 mm Nichia light engine designed for very broad light distribution. Fourteen Nichia LEDs deliver approximately 360 lm at 2700 K from only 3.6 W, while the 180° beam helps spread light across shallow diffusers and compact lamp housings.

Compact light engine for bulbs, downlights, spotlights and floodlights
SmartArray modules are designed for compact luminaires where high output must come from a very small source area. They are particularly well suited to LED bulb manufacturing, downlights, spotlights and floodlights.
The compact PCB makes SmartArray a practical alternative to COB modules when the designer prefers discrete Nichia LEDs, a defined board geometry and more flexibility in the electrical architecture. The 180° beam is particularly useful in diffuse bulbs, shallow ceiling luminaires and other fixtures where lateral light spread is more valuable than a concentrated point source.
Simple 24 V constant-voltage integration
The module connects to a regulated 24 V DC supply, simplifying electrical integration for compact luminaire manufacturers. The slim board can be mounted by screw or with the thermally conductive adhesive interface.
White-light quality for the application
The warm white tone is well suited to hospitality, residential lighting and luminaires designed for a softer, more relaxed atmosphere. CRI 80+ provides a practical balance of efficiency and colour rendering for general professional lighting.

Designed and manufactured in Germany
We develop and manufacture professional LED modules in Germany, combining more than 20 years of LED application experience with controlled SMT production and application engineering. SmartArray modules are designed as compact light engines for luminaire manufacturers who need defined optical, electrical and thermal behaviour from a very small PCB.
For OEM and project customers, we can also support LED selection, PCB adaptation, optics integration, thermal design, prototyping and series production. This allows the module to be matched to the fixture and optical system instead of forcing the luminaire around a generic COB or anonymous LED board.
