The SmartArray Dim2Warm is a compact Nichia LED module designed to reproduce the familiar behaviour of an incandescent lamp: as brightness is reduced, the light automatically becomes warmer. This version changes from approximately 2700 K at full output toward 2000 K at low dimming levels.
The colour-temperature shift is generated by the module architecture itself, so the luminaire can create a warmer, more comfortable low-light scene without using a conventional two-channel tunable-white system.

Compact light engine for bulbs, downlights, spotlights and floodlights
SmartArray modules are designed for compact luminaires where high output must come from a very small source area. They are particularly well suited to LED bulb manufacturing, downlights, spotlights and floodlights.
The compact PCB makes SmartArray a practical alternative to COB modules when the designer prefers discrete Nichia LEDs, a defined board geometry and more flexibility in the electrical architecture. Dim2Warm is especially attractive in decorative bulbs, hospitality downlights and residential-style spotlights where reduced brightness should also feel visibly warmer.
Incandescent-like dimming without a tunable-white controller
A conventional white LED normally keeps the same colour temperature when dimmed. Dim2Warm changes both brightness and CCT together, creating a more familiar transition for restaurants, hotels, living areas and premium decorative luminaires.
350 mA constant-current integration
Use a compatible 350 mA constant-current driver with dimming support. The exact dimming method and minimum level should be validated with the selected driver so the intended Dim2Warm behaviour is achieved smoothly.

SmartArray modules are designed as compact light engines for luminaire manufacturers who need defined optical, electrical and thermal behaviour from a very small PCB.
For OEM and project customers, we can also support LED selection, PCB adaptation, optics integration, thermal design, prototyping and series production. This allows the module to be matched to the fixture and optical system instead of forcing the luminaire around a generic COB or anonymous LED board.
