The SmartArray L6 Tunable White is a slim constant-current module for adjustable white light in compact luminaires. The 50 × 7 mm board combines 2700 K and 5000 K Nichia channels and delivers approximately 340 lm warm white or 400 lm cool white.

Compact light engine for bulbs, downlights, spotlights and floodlights

SmartArray modules are designed for compact luminaires where high output must come from a very small source area. They are particularly well suited to LED bulb manufacturing, downlights, spotlights and floodlights.

The compact PCB makes SmartArray a practical alternative to COB modules when the designer prefers discrete Nichia LEDs, a defined board geometry and more flexibility in the electrical architecture. The slim linear format is useful where a conventional square COB or Q-series module does not fit the luminaire geometry.

Constant-current tunable-white control

The warm and cool channels require a compatible constant-current tunable-white control architecture. Each channel has independent connection pads, allowing the driver to vary the relative contribution of 2700 K and 5000 K light.

Adjustable white light for professional interiors

The 2700–5000 K range allows one luminaire to move between warm ambience and a cooler, more task-oriented white appearance. This is useful in hospitality, offices, retail and multi-purpose lighting products.

Designed and manufactured in Germany

We develop and manufacture professional LED modules in Germany, combining more than 20 years of LED application experience with controlled SMT production and application engineering. SmartArray modules are designed as compact light engines for luminaire manufacturers who need defined optical, electrical and thermal behaviour from a very small PCB.

For OEM and project customers, we can also support LED selection, PCB adaptation, optics integration, thermal design, prototyping and series production. This allows the module to be matched to the fixture and optical system instead of forcing the luminaire around a generic COB or anonymous LED board.
