The PowerBar V3 is a high-power aluminium LED module designed for compact professional luminaires that need substantial output from a 286 mm light engine. This 5700 K version uses 12 Osram Oslon LEDs and delivers approximately 3235 lm at CRI 90+.
Because the LED board, thermal platform, optical mounting and driver architecture are modular, the PowerBar can be used as the core of a complete fixture rather than only as an internal LED strip.

Build a complete PowerBar V3 light fixture
PowerBar V3 is designed as a modular luminaire platform rather than only as an LED board. The module can be installed on the compatible PowerBar V3 heat sink, with optional mounting clips and heat-conductive adhesive pad, to provide the mechanical support and thermal path required for a complete fixture.
The beam can then be shaped with compatible optics for white and colour PowerBar V3 LEDs. Different optical distributions allow the same LED engine to be configured for linear lighting, spotlights, floodlights, high-bay luminaires, horticulture fixtures or other directional lighting applications.
For enclosed white- or colour-light luminaires, the optional PowerBar V3 plastic cover can be combined with the heat-sink system where the mechanical design requires a protective or finished outer cover.

High-power linear, spot and area lighting
The rigid aluminium module can be used as the light engine in high-output linear luminaires, high-bay fixtures, spotlights, floodlights and area lights.
The secondary optic can be selected independently from the LED board, allowing the same module to be configured for narrow-beam task lighting, medium-beam architectural lighting or wider area illumination.
Horticulture and supplemental-lighting applications
This spectrum is also suitable for controlled-environment and supplemental-lighting systems where 5700 k white light is intentionally part of the crop-light recipe. PowerBar's high optical density, interchangeable optics and aluminium thermal platform make it useful for custom horticulture fixtures that require directional delivery rather than diffuse LED tape.

Compact high-output white-light engine
The high flux from a 28.6 cm module is useful when a fixture must remain compact but still deliver the illuminance expected from a professional luminaire. The aluminium PCB spreads heat across the complete module and the compatible optics allow the emitted light to be directed to the target area.
Constant-current driver integration
Use a regulated 700 mA constant-current LED driver whose output-voltage range includes approximately 35.2 V per module. Do not connect the PowerBar directly to a constant-voltage supply.
When modules are placed in series, the driver voltage window must accommodate the sum of the module forward voltages. Parallel operation should only be used with validated current sharing or separately regulated branches.
Designed and manufactured in Germany
