The Pollux 7 × 4 Tunable White module combines the Gaggione-compatible Pollux optical platform with independent 2700 K and 4000 K Nichia 757 LED channels. It provides CRI 90+ light from a compact 274 × 28 mm board and allows the same luminaire to shift between warm and neutral white while retaining a selectable secondary beam.
The warm-white channel produces approximately 580 lm at 2700 K, while the neutral-white channel produces approximately 640 lm at 4000 K. Each channel operates at 175 mA constant current and approximately 3.4 W.
Features of the Pollux 7 × 4 Tunable White module

Designed around Gaggione POLLUX7X1 optics
The Pollux PCB uses a defined LED pitch and mechanical layout matched to the Gaggione POLLUX7X1 linear-optics family. This means the optical distribution can be changed without redesigning the LED board.
Available Gaggione variants include approximately 55° and 63° wide beams, an 80° very-wide beam, a 20° × 75° elliptical distribution and a 20° wall-grazer optic. A matching POLLUX7X1 holder is also available to position the optic correctly over the LED row and provide a clean mechanical interface.
Because each optical element is moulded to the LED pitch, the lens works as one continuous linear optic rather than as a set of unrelated spot lenses. This is especially useful for wall washing, wall grazing, floodlighting, shop lighting, machine illumination and other applications where beam shape must be controlled along the full length of the module.
Tunable-white wall washing and architectural lighting
The combination of tunable white and interchangeable Gaggione optics gives the luminaire designer control over both colour temperature and beam distribution. A single fixture platform can therefore be configured for warm hospitality scenes, neutral retail lighting, elliptical wall washing, wall grazing or wider architectural illumination.
CRI 90+ supports applications where colour quality matters, including shops, galleries, hospitality and premium architectural interiors.
Two-channel constant-current control
The 2700 K and 4000 K LED groups require independently regulated 175 mA constant-current channels. Use a tunable-white driver or two coordinated constant-current outputs whose voltage ranges accommodate approximately 20 V per channel.
Colour temperature is adjusted by changing the relative contribution of the two channels. The control strategy should keep each channel within its specified current and thermal limits.
Designed and manufactured in Germany
We develop and manufacture professional LED modules in Germany, combining more than 20 years of LED application experience with controlled SMT production and application engineering. Pollux is designed as an optical platform: PCB geometry, LED pitch, driver requirements and secondary optics are considered together so luminaire manufacturers can build repeatable products around a defined light engine.
For OEM and project customers, we can also support LED selection, PCB adaptation, optical simulation, thermal design, prototyping and series production. This allows the beam distribution, light level and mechanical integration to be matched to the finished luminaire.
